At Criltech Media, we specialise in creating digital products and services such as logo designs, social media content, and promotional materials. Because these products are delivered electronically and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, different rules apply compared to physical goods.
No Returns on Digital Downloads
Once a digital file has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This is due to the nature of digital products — once you have access to the file, it cannot be “unseen” or unused.
Refund Eligibility
While we do not offer returns, we will provide a refund in the following circumstances:

The wrong product was sent and cannot be corrected.

The file is faulty, corrupt, or not as described, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We operate on a “pay when you’re happy” basis for most custom design work. This means you will only be invoiced once you have approved the final design, ensuring you are fully satisfied before payment is made.
For pre-made digital products or instant downloads, we provide detailed descriptions and previews before purchase so you can make an informed decision.
